There seems to be a lot of deep meaning in each and every episode that I couldn’t figure out. In this episode, Lain has her computer upgraded. As I said many times, the animation is simplified, yet creative. Hidamari Sketch has this comforting tone found in most CGDCT anime. Since the next episode is going to focus on a character whose dubbed voice isn’t good, I’ll switch to the sub for the next episode. The story seems simple, but the characters seem so 3-Dimensional. Since I’m watching this anime at a rather slow pace, I had to read what happened in the previous episodes. The harem lead trope has been a trope that has become common within the past 10 years. He has all of the elements of a harem lead: Incredibly bland, yet so good at picking up attractive girls. For example: There is this one minor character who appears in Episode 50. ![]() However, I noticed in the past few episodes that this anime is incorporating lots of fourth wall breaks and parody elements. Watching The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.Īfter watching plenty of Saiki K episodes, I get used to the type of humor used in this anime. This week, I watched Gosick, Slow Start, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., Air, Hidamari Sketch, Serial Experiments Lain, and Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc.
